The tube-type oil cooler is a wall-type heat exchanger, which is often used in industrial hydraulic equipment. Its working principle is: water (cold fluid) goes inside the tube, and oil (hot fluid) flows from the oil inlet into the baffle and is repeatedly deflected. Outside the tube, the hot and cold fluids exchange heat through the tube wall, the water becomes hot, and the oil becomes cold and flows out from the oil outlet. Cooling tubes are usually made of copper or aluminum alloy with good heat transfer performance. The purpose of providing baffles is to increase the heat exchange area.
The appearance and structure of the tube-type mooring cooler are composed of a plurality of cooling water pipes, a water-side end cover plate, a cylinder body, and a gasket and other components. The inside and outside of the cooling water pipe are sealed and separated. The cooling water goes from the inside of the tube, the hot oil goes from the outside of the tube, and heat is exchanged through the tube wall to cool the hot oil from the outlet.
